ORGANIZER'S CONDITIONS:

Dear visitors of the Smetana Days,

We believe you will accept these organizer's conditions with sympathies and by respecting them you will facilitate a smooth running of this festival.

The whole production team of the Smetana days wishes you unforgettable music experiences.

By purchasing the ticket the purchaser expresses agreement with these organizer's conditions:

1. Tickets

The ticket sale started on November 5, 2007. 

• Tickets are available for purchase at the City Information Centre Pilsen at the Ticketing department and also at all other sales places in the framework of the Pilsner ticket (Plzeňská vstupenka).
• Tickets are sold in the sequence of applied orders until the capacity of the festival hall is filled.
• Bulk orders are accepted on the phone number +420 378 035 415 or on the e-mail ticketing@dominikcentrum.cz . Bulk orders are attended in the sequence of their arrival.
• Tickets may be reserved online at www.smetanovskedny.cz or at www.plzenskavstupenka.cz . Reservation may also be made by phone on the number +420 378 035 415 or personally during the opening hours of the City Information Centre Pilsen at the Ticketing department. Ticket reservation is valid 48 hours after reservation, afterwards the tickets are returned back to the sale system.
• Remaining tickets are sold 45 minutes before the beginning of the event at its venue.
• The organizer does not send tickets abroad or on COD.
• Purchased tickets are not being taken back nor changed.
• The customer is entitled to a ticket refund only in case the event is cancelled or not finished by reason of unfavourable weather or other force majeure and less then 20 minutes from the programme is performed. The claim on ticket refund must be set up at the City of Pilsen Information Centre at the Ticketing department within one month after the date of event. After this date it is impossible to claim a ticket refund.
• Ticket forgery is legally punishable.

2. Reductions

• The organizer provides reduction in the amount of 25% from the ticket price for students upon the submission of ISIC card and also for the senior citizens. A person aged over 60 years is regarded as a senior citizen. To prove the above mentioned age it is necessary to submit a valid identity card or passport (only in case of foreigners). Reduction of 50% from the ticket price is available for the holders of ZTP and ZTP/P card and their escort. Also in this case it is necessary to submit ZTP or ZTP/P card.
• The organizer also provides the reduction of 25% on selected events to all owners of vouchers. A voucher is valid for one ticket only. A voucher is delegable. If the owner wants to use a reduction voucher he must submit it on purchase of a ticket. The voucher will be exchanged for the ticket to a specific event taking place in the framework of the 30th festival Smetana Days.
• Reductions may be applied to one ticket and one event.
• It is impossible to combine reductions.

3. Access to festival events

• A visitor of the festival event must respect instructions of organizers and members of the fire guard.
• It is not allowed to bring recorders, film cameras, cameras or video cameras to festival venues. It is strictly prohibited to make sound, film, photographic or video recordings not even for a private need.
• It is prohibited to bring flammables and to manipulate with an open fire in the auditorium.
• It is prohibited to bring pets in the auditorium.
• An intoxicated visitor will not be admitted to a festival event.
• With respect to a character of the event and length of the performance the organizer recommends access for children aged over 10 years only.
• A visitor disturbing the programme loudly or behaving disturbingly may be escorted from the auditorium by festival organizers without an entitlement for ticket refund.
• Using mobile phones and smoking is prohibited during the performance.
• A festival visitor is obliged to take his seat in the auditorium at the latest 10 minutes before the beginning of the festival event. After the beginning of the event the access to the auditorium will not be allowed.

4. General provisions

• The visitor explicitly agrees that photographs, films or video recordings including himself, which are made during the course of the festival event or in connection with the event, may be developed by means of any present or future technical method and that is without any cash compensation or time or space limitation.
• The festival organizer reserves the right to change the cast of a concert or performance or the event venue. Programme changes are warranted.
• Under the law on the protection of personal data 101/2000 Coll. the company DOMINIK CENTRUM s.r.o. guarantees that entrusted personal data are considered as strictly confidential and will never be sold or transferred to other company. All personal data are top secret and will be used only for the purposes related to organizing of the festival Smetana Days.
