SALE of the gift voucher

It is possible to buy the gift voucher from December 4, 2007 till February 20, 2008, but only at the City Information Center Pilsen (nám. Republiky, tel: 378 035 415) - ticketing department. Opening hours: MO - FRI 9.00am - 12.00am and 12.30pm - 6:00pm, SAT 9.00am - 12.00am.

CHANGING the gift voucher for tickets

• The gift voucher can be exchanged only for events´ tickets that are a regular part of the programme of the 28th year of Smetana Days. The exchnage is carried out only at the City Information center Pilsen - ticketing department. It is not possible to exchange the gift voucher for tickets at the venue.
• The value of the gift voucher must be spent to its full extent and by a single application. If the ticket price is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the difference is nonreversible. If it be to the contrary, it is possible to pay off the ticket price.
• It is impossible to exchange the purchased gift vouchers for money.
• When you exchange the gift voucher for tickets, the organizer keep the gift voucher for archice purposes.
• The gift voucher does not guarantee an availability of chosen tickets by you, so we recommend to pick up the tickets as soon as possible.

VALIDITY of the gift voucher

• All gift vouchers are valid from December 4, 2007 untill February 20, 2008. it is necessary to exchange gift vouchers for tickets between these dates.
• Tickets for the 28th festival Smetana Days will be exchange for the gift vouchers issued only by DOMINIK CENTRUM s.r.o. company.  In case that the gift voucher will be damaged, or visibly modified and will not include all protecting elements, it will be considered invalid.   Falsification and misuse of the gift voucher is illegal.
