Venuše Dvořáková (soprano)

Studied solo singing at the conservatory in Teplice, then graduated in Faculty of Education of the West Bohemian University in Pilsen. Between 1987 and 1992 she was engaged in the Krušnohorské Theatre in Teplice, where she enacted several roles, let's mention for instance the name-part in The Proud Princess (Pyšná princezna). Since 1992 she has been engaged in the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen, where she presented herself to the audience in dozens of roles. In addition to her permanent engagement Venuše Dvořáková appeared as a guest in the F. X. Šalda Theatre in Liberec or in the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre in Ostrava.

Dalibor Tolaš (barytone)

Studied singing privately. Winner of several awards - the Czech Literary Fund Award, the Czech Dramatic Artists Association Award, laureate of the competition Mozart's Prague. He was nominated to the Thalie Award of 1993 for the role of Kaspar in The Freeshooter (Čarostřelec) by Carl Maria von Weber. He performed as a guest in London in the Epic of Gilgamesh by Bohuslav Martinů, he participated in tour in Japan with the National Theatre in Brno. At home he performed as a guest in the National Theatre in Brno and in the National Theatre in Prague. In the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen he enacted a number of roles in several world pieces.

Roman Krebs (tenor)

Studied at the grammar school in Litoměřice and the State Conservatory in Teplice (solo singing). In addition to this he taught a trumpet play in the Folk art school. In years 1989 - 1990 he was engaged in the Municipal Theatre in Ústí nad Labem (opera), in years 1990 - 1991 in the Krušnohorské Theatre in Teplice (operetta). In years 1991 - 1996 he concerted with a chamber ensemble both at home and abroad. Since 1996 he has been in a permanent engagement in the J.K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen (operetta). He participated at festivals the Young song of Jihlava (Mladá píseň Jihlava) and the Děčín Anchor (Děčínská kotva).

Yevhen Shokalo (bass)

In years 1981 - 1986 he studied at the Kiev music academy. In 1984 he was awarded in the competition of young opera singers of Ukraine. In 1993 he was engaged in the Kiev National Opera, in years 1994 - 1997 in the South Bohemian Theatre in České Budějovice and since 1998 he has been performing in the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen. He cooperated with the State Opera in Prague and with the Janáček Opera in Brno. In addition to this he performed as a guest abroad, for example in France, Belgium, Germany, Canada or in Japan. He enacted the role of Boris Timofeyevich Ismailov in Lady Macbeth of the Mtsensk District by Shostakovich.

Jiří Petrdlík (conductor)

In years 1995 - 2000 he studied at the State Conservatory in Prague, the department of conducting. After studying Russian, English and Spanish at the State Conservatory in Prague he left to the Faculty of Music of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. In 2004 he completed master courses with Kurt Mazur. Since 1998 he has been the main conductor of the Theatre Na Fidlovačce. Since 2000 he has been conducting the Czech Symphonic Orchestra and the Film Symphonic Orchestra, he is performing in the National Theatre in Brno and in the Municipal Theatre in Brno. In the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen he is conducting the musical and operetta ensemble.
