The festival organizer and the ticket seller make ticket reservations for the period of maximum 48 hours after they are noticed either personally or on the basis of e-mail or phone request on the above mentioned line. All reservations must be picked up 24 hours before the beginning of the event at the latest, otherwise the reservation will be returned to back to sale.

Tickets are reserved or sold sequentially until the capacity of the auditorium is filled. Remaining tickets will be sold at the latest 10 minutes before the beginning of the performance or the concert on its venue.
